Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A few drops of stevia
- 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 scoops AYRA protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 bar dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and flour a baking tray.
- Mash the banana, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape the cookies and bake for 10 minutes.
