Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A few drops of stevia
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 scoops AYRA protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 bar dark chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease and flour a baking tray.
  2. Mash the banana, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Shape the cookies and bake for 10 minutes.
