Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted couverture chocolate
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon AYRA protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. In a pot, add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Then, pour in the almond milk and, over low heat, whisk the mixture quickly until all the solids have dissolved and the mixture is smooth, without any lumps.
  2. After about 4 minutes of intermittent whisking, the mixture will begin to thicken. Remove from heat and add the melted chocolate, mixing thoroughly. Let the mixture cool.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass or container of your choice and refrigerate for at least two hours. The longer it chills, the thicker the mousse will be.
  4. Decorate with yogurt and granola before serving.
