Ingredients
Vanilla Cinnamon Almond Butter:
- 400g almonds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Red Berry Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 packet immunity boost
- 2 scoops AYRA vanilla protein powder
- A splash of coconut milk
Preparation
Vanilla Cinnamon Almond Butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and roast the almonds for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the almonds cool, then blend them in a food processor or high-speed blender. Over time, the almond butter will become smooth.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, then blend again.
- Store in a glass container and add it to your favorite recipes.
Red Berry Smoothie
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until you reach a creamy texture.
