Ingredients

Vanilla Cinnamon Almond Butter:

  • 400g almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Red Berry Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 packet immunity boost
  • 2 scoops AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • A splash of coconut milk

Preparation

Vanilla Cinnamon Almond Butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and roast the almonds for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Let the almonds cool, then blend them in a food processor or high-speed blender. Over time, the almond butter will become smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, then blend again.
  4. Store in a glass container and add it to your favorite recipes.

Red Berry Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until you reach a creamy texture.
