Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 100g pistachios
  • 1 avocado
  • 10g fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon agar agar (unflavored gelatin)
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder

Preparation

  1. Hydrate the agar agar in 1/4 cup of warm water and mix well.
  2. Add all the ingredients (including the hydrated agar agar) into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass or mold and refrigerate for approximately two hours.
  4. Serve with Greek yogurt, pistachios, and a mint leaf for garnish.
