Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut cream
- 100g pistachios
- 1 avocado
- 10g fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon agar agar (unflavored gelatin)
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
Preparation
- Hydrate the agar agar in 1/4 cup of warm water and mix well.
- Add all the ingredients (including the hydrated agar agar) into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass or mold and refrigerate for approximately two hours.
- Serve with Greek yogurt, pistachios, and a mint leaf for garnish.
