Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
- 100g spinach
- 100ml plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth, yet not too runny batter; the mixture should be silky and homogeneous.
- Let the batter rest for approximately 30 minutes.
- Grease a pan or crepe maker with a bit of butter, olive oil, or coconut oil and heat over medium-high.
- Pour a spoonful of batter in the center of the pan and spread it evenly. Cook for about 1 minute, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds on the other side.
- Serve and enjoy!
