Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • 100g spinach
  • 100ml plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and blend until you have a smooth, yet not too runny batter; the mixture should be silky and homogeneous.
  2. Let the batter rest for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Grease a pan or crepe maker with a bit of butter, olive oil, or coconut oil and heat over medium-high.
  4. Pour a spoonful of batter in the center of the pan and spread it evenly. Cook for about 1 minute, then carefully flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds on the other side.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
