Ingredients:

  • 200g gluten-free almond flour
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2 banana

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour a bit of the mixture into a preheated waffle maker (you can grease it lightly if needed), close the lid, and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, finely chopped almonds, or your favorite toppings.
