Ingredients:
- 200g gluten-free almond flour
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 banana
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour a bit of the mixture into a preheated waffle maker (you can grease it lightly if needed), close the lid, and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, finely chopped almonds, or your favorite toppings.
