Ingredients for the Ice Cream Cream Base:
🍧 1 can of coconut cream
🍧 1 1/2 cups unsweetened Greek yogurt
🍧 Honey or yacon syrup to taste for sweetness

- Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients until smooth.
Ingredients for the Jam:
🍓 1 cup frozen strawberries
🍇 1 cup frozen blackberries
🫐 1/4 cup monk fruit or stevia
💧 1/2 cup water
Preparation for the Jam:
- In a pot over medium-high heat, combine the fruits with water. Cook until it reaches a jam-like consistency. Use a fork to mash the strawberries and blackberries.

Assembly and Freezing:
