Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

For the Base:

  • 300g sugar-free cookies
  • 190g nut butter
  • 95g honey

Preparation

Caramel:

  • Mix 3 tablespoons macadamia cream + 1 tablespoon honey + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
