- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
For the Base:
- 300g sugar-free cookies
- 190g nut butter
- 95g honey
Preparation
Caramel:
- Mix 3 tablespoons macadamia cream + 1 tablespoon honey + 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
