Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana, mashed
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 cup water or plant-based milk
- Vanilla extract
- Additional cinnamon to taste
Optional flavor boosters: maca, matcha, cacao powder, or herbal dust (avoid using inappropriate substances)
Preparation
- In a pot, combine oatmeal, flaxseed, chia seeds, and water or plant-based milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the oatmeal thickens.
- Add the mashed banana, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, and stir well.
- Remove from heat and, if desired, stir in Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
- Top with any additional flavor boosters of your choice.
