Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried coconut
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon honey or natural sweetener (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well, and spread evenly on an oven-safe tray.
  2. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 minutes or until the granola turns golden. Be sure to stir every 3-5 minutes while baking to ensure even cooking.
  3. Let it cool and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
