Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 scoop AYRA vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon honey or natural sweetener (optional)
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, mix well, and spread evenly on an oven-safe tray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 25 minutes or until the granola turns golden. Be sure to stir every 3-5 minutes while baking to ensure even cooking.
- Let it cool and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
