Ingredients

  • 300g cooked chickpeas
  • 30g plant-based milk of your choice
  • 25g coconut or avocado oil
  • 2 scoops AYRA vanilla protein powder
  • 6g vanilla extract
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 2g baking powder
  • 40g tapioca or cassava flour
  • 1g salt
  • Stevia or sweetener of your choice
  • Melted cocoa for decoration

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F.
  2. Blend the chickpeas using a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a brownie pan or oven-safe mold.
  5. Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle melted cocoa on top.
