Ingredients
- 300g cooked chickpeas
- 30g plant-based milk of your choice
- 25g coconut or avocado oil
- 2 scoops AYRA vanilla protein powder
- 6g vanilla extract
- 25g cocoa powder
- 2g baking powder
- 40g tapioca or cassava flour
- 1g salt
- Stevia or sweetener of your choice
- Melted cocoa for decoration
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 320°F.
- Blend the chickpeas using a food processor or blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a brownie pan or oven-safe mold.
- Bake for approximately 12 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle melted cocoa on top.
