Ingredients
- 2 cups diced mango
- 1 cup natural coconut yogurt (@bodaifoods)
- 2 scoops AYRA vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon agar agar or unflavored gelatin
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)

- Caramel vanilla granola
- Raspberries
Preparation
- In a blender, combine the mango, vanilla protein powder, and coconut yogurt. Blend well until smooth and fully incorporated.
- In a saucepan, dissolve the agar agar with a bit of water and cook for a couple of minutes. Then, add the mango mixture from the blender and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
- In a glass, add granola to fill 1/3 of the glass, then pour a layer of the mango mixture on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with additional granola, coconut yogurt, and raspberries.
